Why do I need to create an account to fund a project?

Occasionally we will need to mail documentation or repayment to you.  We will need to have your address handy.

 What is 'Intended Project Resolution'?

 The Intended project resolution found on the product page is where within the prioritization order that we will start for project resolution.  We do no guarantee that is how the project will be resolved it is how intend to start.  For instance if we list the intent as a Traditional Sale, and we are unable to find a buyer in a reasonable amount of time, The Greenline Initiative will shift to a 12-months rental.
